Shipping Policy

All wholesale prices shown are FOB our warehouse in Calgary. We are happy to negotiate attractive shipping rates on your behalf and charge you accordingly. Orders are shipped either Best Way (meaning we choose the lowest cost shipping we find) or by your shipping company of choice. For example, if you have a shipping account with DHL or B&R Eckels, please let us know at checkout. We do not offer free shipping for any wholesale products.

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as we can get to it. With COVID-19, we are receiving a larger than normal volume of orders and are doing our best to process orders in a timely manner. Orders will be processed within 3-5 days for all in-stock products. If a product is out of stock, Tradex Supply will send an email to notify you.

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00 am - 5:00pm. Shipments may take 1-10 days to arrive depending on date shipped and distance from supplying warehouse. Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent to notify you. After it's left our warehouse, it's in the hands of the courier. 

Some shipments may be sent in multiple pieces due to size or weight of items and as a result may arrive at different times or via different carriers.

Please be aware of the possibilities of additional fees charged by the courier. This applies to all orders

Pickup

If you would prefer to pick up your order, you can pick up at Tradex Supply Ltd. located BEHIND Barbecues Galore at 3505 Edmonton Trail NE. You are able to pick up only from Monday to Friday at 8:30AM to 5:00PM.You will be contacted once your order is ready for pick up. We do NOT do not allow pick ups on weekends or holidays. 

Just like shipping orders, we're receiving a larger than normal volume of pick-up orders and are processing and contacting customers as soon as we can.

When picking up the order, you will be asked to show a piece of government issued photo I.D. If someone other than you is picking up the order, you will need to inform us in writing either in the order comments or by replying to the order confirmation email.

Please note, BranderBBQ.com reserves the right to cancel, reject, correct or terminate at any stage of the order processing, including after an order has been submitted and confirmed, and your credit card has been charged. In the event your order is canceled by BranderBBQ.com after your credit card has already been charged, BranderBBQ.com will immediately issue a credit to your payment card in the amount of the charge. Individual bank or credit union policies will determine when the amount is credited to your account.

Special Order Items

Don't get us wrong, we have tons of product in our warehouses. That said, there are a few items that we just a) don't have the room for, b) their a little more unique or c) we only bring them in when we get an order for them. 

The turnaround time on these items vary by supplier. If you place an order for a Special Order Item, we will contact you to give you an ETA for the item. 

Super special items, like our custom branding irons cannot be returned. The odds of another customer wanting an F+Z in a heart are very slim. The Leafs have a better chance at winning the Cup than we do of finding a new home for that branding iron. 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received product that is defective or was shipped in error you may request a return by emailing us at: info@branderbbq.com. Tradex Supply must authorize all return requests before product is returned or refund will not be processed.

Please provide your documentation and a brief explanation of your reason for return.

Items returned within 30 days in perfect, unused condition, including all manuals and packaging materials, will be refunded for the amount of the product only. Shipping fees will not be refunded. After six months, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

If product is returned used, in poor condition or there are items missing, Tradex Supply reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct the value of the missing parts.

Freight charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless product was shipped to you defective or in error. If product was received defective or damaged, it can be returned for full refund or exchange for the same product.

All wholesale prices in our online catalog are subject to change at anytime without notice. For products where wholesale pricing is not listed, please contact info@branderbbq.com. Suggested retail pricing is listed in the product pages.

Suggested retail pricing is listed in the product pages. Feel free to increase this pricing to adjust for freight costs and individual markets.

Payment

For term accounts (accounts on a net payment agreement) invoice is mailed to you the day after your products leave our warehouse in Calgary. Full payment is due by your agreed length of time. Payment can be made using Visa or Mastercard upon request.
